Roeder - Kellerbier (4.8% ABV)

Our Franconian rendition of Kellerbier, boasts aroma of sun dried hay and roasted chestnuts. Forward palette of malty bread and biscuit, foiled by subtle, piney, noble hop bitterness. Fermented and conditioned cold. Never filtered. Never fined. 

Isolated Ritual (Feat. Motueka) - Hazy IPA (6.5% ABV)

For this iteration of our single hop series, we’ve chosen to focus on Motueka.  Brewed exclusively with this New Zealand varietal, from boil to dry-hop. Boasting aromas of lemon, lime and yuzu. Light in body, and soft presence on the palette. A glowing expression of a staff favorite. 

Coronation of Rye- Belgian Saison (5.0% ABV)

Nose of fresh cracked white pepper from generous additions of local, sustainable, malted rye. Complex esters from open air fermentation accompanied by high effervescence from finishing under natural pressure in stainless. A clean, new-world expression of an old world favorite. Just in time for harvest season. 

Garlands - Berliner Weisse Style Sour (5.0% ABV)

Brewed with 100% New York State grain and hops. Kettle soured in traditional fashion. Fermented with Kolsch yeast, and available with locally foraged sweet woodruff, or blackberry syrup.

Food For Thought - Nitro Dark Mild (4.5% ABV)

Ale for cooler weather. Brewed with the darker months in mind. Warm and nutty nose accompany notes of well done toast and jammy fruit preserves. Rounded by thoughtful additions of peppery noble hops.
